- Maintain a healthy weight, lead an active, healthy lifestyle
- Stop Smoking
- Eat wisely
- Exercise regularly
- To satisfy thirst, drink water
- Limit alcohol intake
- Don't take Medications like Pain Killers/ over the counter Drugs/ Native Medications
